How long does delivery take?

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days. All other governorates: 2–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Are the lenses UV protected?

Yes. Every POVA lens is UV400, blocking UVA and UVB rays.

What comes in the box?

Your sunglasses, a protective case, and a cleaning cloth.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

I received a damaged or wrong item
